Womens Varsity Volleyball
As more regulations and updates arrive I will try to update here. As of right now (7/28/20) we will hold zoom workouts on Tuesdays at 5pm and Thursdays at 10:30am. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for zoom login info. We hope to start in person workouts at SW Tuesday, August 4th. Sign up at: https://m.signupgenius.com/#!/showSignUp/20f0c49a5a723abfc1-summer If you wish to participate you must sign up AND complete 4 required forms which can be found at www.cowboy sports.org under the links tab. These forms should be turned into SW asap. As of right now we plan/hope to start tryouts and our season on September 1st depending on the NCHSAA regulations.
We will begin workouts in the gym next week!! Monday-Thursday, 3:30-5:15. You need to complete all 4 needed forms and check in by 3:45 in front of the gym. We are currently holding workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5:30. We will meet at main entrance outside of Jim Coggins Gymnasium. In order to participate you must have 4 forms which can all be found under the files and links tab on the cowboysports main page. We will have tryouts November 4,5, and 6 in the afternoons. Per the NCHSAA we will begin our shortened volleyball season November 4th. Tryouts are planned November 4th and 5th 3:30pm-6:30pm. All participants will need current physical on file along with concussion form and other COVID forms. All can be found under files on www.cowboysports.org main page. We will be participating in fitness challenges thru September. And then hope to hold preseason workouts in October, more info to come.
