JV baseball beat Ragsdale 12-6 Monday night in a "non-conference" game as make up for the lost Spring break tournament. The Cowboy offense exploded for a season high 17 hits, including 3 triples. AJ Allen continued his torrid hitting, leading the attack, going 3-5, w/ 5 RBI. Pat Callaghan scored 5 times, and Paul Bullock scored 4. Every spot in the lineup had at least 1 hit. Blake Blackport started on the mound and went 4 innings. Jose Perez, Jason Coble, and Mitchell Peck pitched 1 inning each in relief to seal the win. Dylan Sampson extended his improbable streak of being hit by a pitch, for a 5th straight game. JV baseball returns next week to play two 5 inning games on Tuesday in a doubleheader vs Glenn starting at 5 pm.
