Aug 6, 6:30 pm Fair Play Meeting

Thursday, 6:30-8:30 pm practice

Friday, Aug 10, 5pm Scrimmage Invitational (top 6 will play)

Two proofs of residency required.  The list is as follows:

You Must Turn in TWO PROOFS of RESIDENCE to play sports!

Utility Bill, Electric Bill, Mortgage Statement, Water/Sewer Bill, Natural Gas Bill, Parent’s Driver License, Voter’s Registration Card, Letter from employer on company letterhead stating that you live at that address

NOT ACCEPTABLE: Any other bill, telephone/cable bill, credit card bill, student’s driver license

Please note: All proofs must be in parents names and must be where you live with your parents
