SWGHS Soccer Tryouts Fall 2021 information
August 2nd/3rd- 8:30-11:30 (Tryouts)
- Location: Southwest Elem. Soccer fields
- Be prepared for technical and tactical drills as well as a fitness test (Tuesday, August 3rd)
August 4th- Team retreat (8 am- 6pm)
- Please bring a bathing suit, and a extra set of clothes
- Varsity and JV teams will be announced Thursday, August 5th

Soccer Athletic Forms
The following forms are needed to be eligible to play Soccer this fall:
1. Athletic Participation and Consent form
2. Gfeller/Waller Concussion form
3. GCS Student Athlete release form
4. Physical form
5. Fair play- proof of residency

Summer Workouts
Workouts will be held Monday-Thursday from 7:00-8:30 in the Freshman gym for all returning and prospective players
Please bring:
1. Tennis shoes
2. Cleats (in case we go down to the field)
3. Water bottle
