PARKLAND HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The soccer team defeated Parkland last night 4-0. Bipul Khadka scored 2 goals and Ty Michelsen added a goal and two assist. Michelsen's assist deflected off of a Parkland player to result in the first goal of the match. Later in the first half, Hayden Hmiel found Bipul Khadka for the second goal of the half. Khadka also opened the scoring in the second half finishing from a nice pass from Michelsen. Ty rounded out the scoring by slipping a shot past the goal keeper. Michelsen's goal resulted from an assist by Nathan Yarborough who unfortunately suffered a concussion during the game.
