EAST FORSYTH HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The Cowgirls defeated East Forsyth 4-0 in conference play on Tuesday evening. Logan Parry scored off a corner kick by Kylea Vetsch in the first several minutes of the game. The team kept the 1-0 lead into halftime. In the second half Southwest used some quick goals to put the game out of reach. Cori May scored off of a flick from Logan Parry which came off a throw-in by Demi Hackney. Taylor Jackson scored her 3rd goal in 3 games from another corner kick from Vetsch. The kick came off Cori May and found Jackson at the top of the box. The final goal came as Demi Hackney received a ball down the right side, she turned the corner and drill a shot past the GK for the final score. Kierra Mueller coming back from injury made several key saves down the stretch for the Cowgirls.
