The Southwest Cowboys varsity baseball team scored in every inning on their way to a 7-2 victory over Millbrook High School in the Bobby Murray Invitational Tournament on Thursday afternoon.  The Cowboys offense produced 11 hits and seven walks on the day which lead to many scoring opportunities.  Kyle Blendinger earned the win to improve to 7-0 on the season.

Colin Busick led the Cowboy offense with three hits and an RBI.  Garrison Thornton had two RBI’s on two hits. Isiah Hairston and Paul Bullock also had two hits for the Cowboys.  The remaining hits came from Mason Chu and AJ Allen.  Blendinger pitched a complete game and struck out five while allowing five hits.

The Cowboys move on to play Broughton High School today (Friday, April 14^th) at 4pm.  The game will be played at Millbrook High School in Raleigh.
