Coach Derrick Hinson graduated from North Forsyth High School. He has been married thirty years to his wife Pam. They have a grown daughter and son. He has a BA from High Point University and MA from American Military University. Hinson has taught History at SW for over 13 years. He is the Advisor for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Hinson has coached football for more than a decade in middle and high school levels.
